19 years old and getting bigger every year, the Franklin Road Christmas lights in Auckland, founded by Ross Thorby, officially turned on all their lights on December 1st.

A Christmas icon for the calendar that attracts thousands of people from December 1^st to Christmas Eve. Run by volunteers every year, with a passion for keeping the light festival going every Christmas.

Each house that chooses to be a part of the festival does so to entertain and put on a free Christmas spectacle for the public to enjoy.

Fresh PR is based in one of these houses, which chooses to share their creativity with the community every year, making something memorable to dazzle the crowds.

This year over 5,000 fairy lights were used in our ‘Kiwi Xmas Road Trip’ installation, celebrating getting away these holidays. An iconic Mini cocooned with lights and stacked with suitcases on the roof like a Xmas tree. All in the spirit of wishing everyone a happy holiday – enjoy!
